Jordan Kimler, NP
Nurse Practitioner
Jordan Kimler is a certified Nurse Practitioner who provides comprehensive pain management to patients. Jordan has over 14 years of experience & obtained her Masters of Nursing degree at Goldfarb School of Nursing at Barnes-Jewish College. She is certified by the ANCC, with a specialty in Adult-Geriatric medicine.
Jordan is dedicated in providing compassionate care to all of her patients in pain. She believes every patient deserves individualized, impartial care reflecting his or her needs, values, and choices, provided in a safe effective manner. She enjoys working closely with patients to improve comfort and function. Dr. Tana Settle, MD
Medical Doctor
Dr. Tana Settle is a board-certified medical doctor with over 30 years of medical expertise. Dr. Settle attended Oklahoma State University where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry. She went on to obtain her medical degree from University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in 1991. Following medical school, she completed her residency in Pediatrics, became board certified, and went on to run a very successful pediatrics practice.
In 2005, Dr. Settle returned to residency to advance and broaden her education, completing a residency in Anesthesiology at St. Louis University School of Medicine. Following her anesthesia residency, Dr. Settle remained in St. Louis, MO and as a board certified Anesthesiologist has provided anesthesia services for multiple disciplines, as well as helping to grow a very successful medical weight loss clinic. Dr. Settle’s diverse and impressive background allow her to comprehensively evaluate patients and their individual needs. She uses her experience to develop treatment plans for patients who present with a wide variety of unique issues. Her areas of expertise include: chronic disease and condition management, pain medicine and pain management, medical weight loss, nutrition, and holistic medical care.
A recent empty-nester, Dr. Settle looks forward to spending more time with her husband (they met over a cadaver in medical school). They share two very energetic rescue dogs. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and reading. She is an avid swimmer and impresses friends and family with her ability to plank while on a paddle board with a dog.

Brandon Williams, DC, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Dr. Brandon Williams is originally from Murray, KY, where he attended Murray State University. He went on to attend Logan University and graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Science degree and as class valedictorian for his Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 2009. After graduation, he practiced chiropractic in Swansea, IL.
During that time, he also participated in published research studies with Washington University School of Medicine in the fields of pharmacogenomics and orthopedics research, specifically with the hip and knee reconstruction team.
After several years in practice and field research, Dr. Williams continued his education at Saint Louis University, gradating with honors in 2013 with his Master of Medical Science degree as a physician assistant. He was also selected for inclusion into the Pi Alpha National Honor Society. Since that time, he has worked in neurosurgery at St. Luke’s Hospital in Chesterfield, MO. With this diverse background and years of experience, he has cultivated extensive knowledge in the practice of medicine and established his reputation for the compassionate and excellent care of patients.
In his spare time, Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. His hobbies include exercising, playing the drums and guitar, spending time outdoors, and riding his motorcycle.
